A Living Practice of Tea
Explore how plants and ritual guide us back into relationship with the Earth, and ourselves.
A chance to listen to life’s intelligence
For me, ceremonies are a way of honoring the aliveness of the moment.
Each experience is different, shaped by where we are, the time of year, and the medicine of the plants themselves.
It is a chance to move slower and more intentionally, opening ourselves up to the wisdom of all beings around us.
As we sit together, the plants offer their teachings in quiet, often surprising ways…. their wisdom arriving at times as clarity, emotion, or sometimes just as a deeper sense of ease in the body.
Ceremonies are not for seeking answers outside of ourselves, but about restoring trust in what we already carry.
In relationship with the plants and the land, we remember how to be in conversation with life itself.
There is room here for curiosity, tenderness, and even uncertainty, all of which are welcome companions on the path of listening.
This practice is meant to be held in service to my community, offering us all ways to restore connection, steadiness, and an embodied sense of life’s wisdom.

Astroherbalism is a study in which plants, stars, and seasons speak together. Rooted in Traditional Ways of observing the natural world, the field reflects a time when cosmology, ecology, and medicine were not separate disciplines, but one living language.
-
This study focuses on how temperature, flavor, and preparation support digestion and overall health, returning to the idea of food as a gentle and accessible form of medicine.
-
Across cultures, star systems have served as living archives, guiding agriculture ritual and more. Here, we explore storytelling as a form of knowledge keeping, revealing how cosmology, ecology, and culture are woven together through the sky.
